TOYOTA LAND CRUISER & CLASSIC BODY RESTORATION SPECIALISTS

Land cruiser restoration

Restoration Sector specializes in body restoration for classic and vintage vehicles, with a primary focus on Toyota Land Cruisers. Decades of hands-on restoration experience allow us to identify corrosion patterns, prior repair failures, and body-structure issues that are often overlooked during surface-level work.

While Toyota Land Cruisers are a core focus of our shop, we also restore select classic vehicles that require advanced body restoration, structural rust repair within the body, metal repair, custom fabrication, and restoration-level paint. Every project is approached with the same metal-first methodology and long-term durability standards.

Our Toyota Land Cruiser body restoration experience includes:

  • 60 Series and 80 Series Land Cruisers

  • HJ75 Troop Carriers

  • FJ55 body restoration and rust repair

Every vehicle we accept is restored using the same structural approach. Corrosion is addressed at the metal level, repairs are performed correctly within the body structure, and paint is applied only after the body has been fully restored. This process ensures durability that lasts, rather than cosmetic results that fail over time.

Classic Body Restoration

Post Restoration Paint

“I brought my vehicle to Restoration Sector for a full classic body restoration after years of wear and previous repairs. They took the time to strip everything down, explain what they were seeing, and outline the work realistically. Throughout the process I received photos and updates, which made it clear the work was being done properly. The end result feels solid, correct, and built to last.” -C.W.

“After extensive metal and rust repair, Restoration Sector handled the paint work on my classic car. The preparation was clearly the priority, and it showed in the final finish. Panel lines are straight, the paint lays clean, and nothing feels rushed or hidden. I appreciated their focus on doing the paint only after the body work was done right.” -L.M.

Transparent, Documented Classic Body Restoration Process

Every body restoration we perform is fully documented from start to finish. We photograph each stage of work so clients can see corrosion as it is uncovered, understand what is being repaired, and track progress throughout the restoration.

Documentation is part of the work itself. Structural rust repair, metal fabrication, and body restoration are complex processes, and clear records ensure alignment, accountability, and informed decisions from disassembly through final finish.

Why We Do This Work

We exist to restore classic vehicle bodies correctly.

Corrosion repair is not cosmetic. It requires patience, precision, and consistency at the metal level. Our focus is structural integrity, proper fabrication, and long-term durability so restorations hold up over time—not just at delivery.

Every project is approached with the same standards, regardless of vehicle or scope.

Classic Body Restoration Is Our Entire Focus

Restoration Sector is a classic vehicle body restoration shop based in Cottonwood, Arizona. Our work is dedicated exclusively to body restoration, structural rust repair, metal fabrication, and restoration-level paint for classic and vintage vehicles.

The body is where corrosion develops, where improper repairs fail, and where long-term durability is determined. By focusing entirely on the body, we maintain consistent standards, full accountability, and a controlled process from disassembly through final finish.

What Our Body Restoration Covers

Our work addresses corrosion and damage throughout the vehicle body structure, including:

  • Exterior panels and seams

  • Rocker panels and door structures

  • Floor sections and welded assemblies

  • Internal cavities and concealed corrosion areas

All restoration work is performed at the metal level and completed for long-term durability.

Our Restoration Process

Each vehicle follows the same structured approach:

  • Complete disassembly

  • Bare-metal stripping

  • Full corrosion removal within the body structure

  • Metal repair or fabrication as required

  • Restoration-level paint applied after body restoration

This includes all seams, concealed areas, and internal cavities.

Paint as Part of Body Restoration

Paint is performed only as part of a complete body restoration. Every surface beneath the finish is fully restored before paint is applied, ensuring the final result reflects the quality of the work underneath and remains stable over time.

Who We Work With

We work with owners who value structural integrity, long-term durability, and correct restoration methods. Many of the vehicles we restore carry personal or family history, and each project is treated accordingly.

Our work is priced to reflect the craftsmanship required to restore vehicle bodies correctly and permanently.
