Restoration Sector is an automotive body restoration shop located in Cottonwood, Arizona, with more than 35 years of hands-on restoration experience.

Over the decades, we have completed full restoration projects on a wide range of classic vehicles, including Volkswagens and Chevrolets. Today, our primary focus is on Toyota Land Cruisers, with extensive experience working on the 60 Series and 80 Series, as well as HJ75 Troop Carriers and the classic FJ55.

Our specialization allows us to approach these vehicles with a deep understanding of their construction, common failure points, and long-term preservation needs.

How We Approach Restoration

We offer complete body restoration, centered on proper metal repair and long-term durability rather than cosmetic shortcuts.

Each restoration project begins with a full body disassembly and the removal of all existing paint and coatings down to bare metal. This process allows us to accurately assess the condition of the vehicle and identify corrosion that may not be visible on the surface.

Rusted panels and components are removed by drilling factory spot welds. Damaged areas are then repaired or replaced and reinstalled correctly. When replacement parts are no longer available, we fabricate custom metal panels to restore the vehicle properly.

If there is any possibility of hidden rust, the affected part is removed, inspected, and repaired as needed. This ensures corrosion is addressed completely, not concealed.

Clear Communication & Documentation

Throughout each project, we document the restoration process and provide customers with before, during, and after photographs of each area being repaired.
